Investigating

We have identified a widespread external technical issue, beginning on December 5, 2025, involving a major Cloudflare outage that is impacting several of our third-party service providers.

As a result, a subset of customers may be experiencing intermittent disruptions or degraded performance for payment processing through affected payment methods.

Our engineering teams are actively monitoring the situation and collaborating with our affected partners to mitigate the impact wherever possible.
