We experienced an issue affecting the post-payment experience on the payment form. In some cases, the success redirect did not trigger and the success event did not fire, causing customers to see a declined status after a successful transaction. The issue has been resolved and the fix has been deployed.

Payments were processed and webhooks were delivered as expected throughout the incident. No orders were lost.
